First, I have finally finished the Karskin squad that I had started last year. I think this is one of my best painted squads to date. It's definitely one of the few where I have gone out of my way to do edge highlighting.
Next, I finally completed the Votaan Sagitaur. Learned a few lessons I will apply to the Hekaton when I get around to building it.
I have also completed the Void Dragon. It took me some time to figure out how I wanted to complete the color scheme. My Necrons have developed some neat color intricacies and I wanted my first C'tan to fit into that existing scheme. Notably, the gold coloring is typically reserved from the Royals, so I wanted to limit it or not include it as in the lore the C'tan are now subservient to the Lords.
I have also now completed some new T'au auxiliary forces. I picked up the T'au launch-box last year, and the new Kill Team Launch box which netted me all the new Kroot and Vespid sculpts that have been waiting 20 years for an update. So far I have completed the Lone Spear, the War-Shaper, and about half of the Vespid Kill-team. My daughter had requested the Lone Spear's Kalamandra mount be painted like an Axolotl so I tried my hand a some pinks. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
I also completed an Eldar Falcon that I got for Christmas.
Finally, I have also finished my Kroxigor for my Seraphon and begun working on my Aggradon Lancers.
That's all I have for now! I'll put out some more updates as I complete some more projects!
Until next time!
